Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
In this role, you won't just be entering data; you'll be the financial backbone of our operations. Your core responsibilities include:
• Flawless Payables Management: Accurately enter accounts payable, scan invoices, and process checks to ensure vendors and suppliers are paid promptly and effectively.
• Proactive Receivables Oversight: Manage accounts receivable, meticulously record tenant deposits, distribute monthly statements, and diligently follow up on past-due balances.
• Precision Reconciliation: Perform thorough monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring every transaction is accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Timely Financial Reporting: Compile and email comprehensive monthly financial statements to property owners, providing clear visibility into portfolio performance.
• Year-End Clarity: Execute critical year-end Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, a vital function in real estate management.
We are seeking a self-motivated professional with strong integrity and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective virtual collaboration with owners, tenants, and team members.
$2,000 per month
