United Water Restoration Group of The Woodlands is seeking an experienced Lead Mold Technician to manage mold remediation projects and lead field crews. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who understands proper containment, air quality control, and compliance with Texas regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mold remediation crews during residential and commercial projects
• Perform and oversee containment setup, negative air, and HEPA filtration
• Conduct mold remediation in compliance with TDLR requirements
• Monitor job progress and maintain accurate job documentation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure safety standards and proper PPE usage
• Maintain equipment logs, job photos, and reports

Qualifications

• Texas Mold Remediation Worker License required
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mold remediation experience
• Strong understanding of containment protocols and HEPA systems
• Leadership experience managing crews preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Minimum 2 years hands-on mold remediation experience
• Mold remediation certification required
• Strong knowledge of containment construction, negative air setup, and HEPA filtration

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow and enforce industry standards and safety protocols
