We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Assistant Pre-K Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom for children.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Help create a warm, positive, and organized learning environment.
Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and other activities.
Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth through positive guidance.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom.
Communicate professionally with parents and work collaboratively with fellow staff members.
Follow all Texas Child Care Licensing standards and school policies.

Reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team.
Passionate about helping young children learn and grow.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
Must meet all Texas Child Care Licensing requirements.
