New Standard Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a family-owned company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties
* Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
* Load, unload, and maintain equipment and trailers
* Work alongside a crew to complete scheduled jobs on time
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
* Follow all safety procedures and company standards
* Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Reliable and dependable
* Able to work outdoors in the Texas heat
* Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
* Ability to detail and pride in quality work
* Lawn care experience preferred, but not required
* Valid driver's license preferred
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work

* Full-time and part time positions
* Monday-Friday
* Occasional Saturdays as needed
