Investigators Need Public's Help In Murder of Papa John's Pizza Delivery Driver

HARRIS COUNTY, TX -- Homicide Investigators need the public’s help in obtaining information on the murder of a local man delivering pizza.

On Thursday, March 28,2019,at 9:17 p.m., HCSO District 2 patrol units responded to an in progress call at 21717 Inverness Blvd., The Kendall Manor Apartment Complex in north east Harris County.

Upon arrival deputies found a 44-year-old male, now identified as Glenn Allen Takakura, a Papa John’s pizza delivery driver lying in the commons area of the apartment complex.

Mr. Allen had sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased by EMS.

His vehicle was located, still running, in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators and Crime Scene Units responded to the scene.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Homicide Division at 713-274-9100.
