Suspect Arrested For Breaking Into A Vehicle At Popeye's Chicken Parking Lot

HOUSTON, TX -- On December 27, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Popeye's Chicken parking lot located in the 3100 block of FM 1960 in reference to an in-progress burglary. The complainant advised he heard his vehicle's alarm go off and observed a white male suspect in the driver seat, attempting to start the vehicle.

The complainant attempted the pull the suspect out of his vehicle, but the suspect refused to exit and a brief struggle ensued. With the help of a witness, they were able to detain the suspect until Constable Deputies arrived.

Deputies took custody of the suspect and identified him as Bryan Boyd.

'Bryan Boyd was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10.' - Constable Mark Herman
