Top 5 Things to Do This Week in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- We hope the first month of the decade is treating you well! Here’s our pick of the top five things to do in The Woodlands this week:

Paint your pet at Painting with a Twist Jan 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A little bit of paint, a little bit of wine and a whole lot of fun! Bring your favorite bottle of wine or beverage and paint a picture along with a local art instructor.

Have fun at Chick-fil-A Lake Woodlands Drive Stuffed Animal Sleepover Jan 24 and 25. Enjoy a special dinner and story time on Friday, Jan. 24 at 6pm. Make sure to wear your PJs and bring your favorite stuffed animal! Then return on Saturday, Jan. 25 between 9 and 10 a.m. to pick up your furry friend and hear all about the fun it had at the restaurant.

Join The Woodlands Township and community partner, the George Strake District of Boy Scouts of America, for an Arbor Day Tree Giveaway Jan 25 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Northshore Park. A variety of native tree seedlings will be given away for free!

Attend the 11th Annual Creekside Park Chili Cook Off and Winter Festival Jan. 25 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Rob Fleming Park. Compete against your neighbors to see who has the best chili! Residents of Creekside Park will sample each team's chili and vote for the one they think should be the winner. Bring the family for a fun filled day of winter activities including a real snow slide!

The Woodlands Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, LLC is hosting a Free Health & Wellness Expo Jan 25 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be spectacular vendors, phenomenal door prizes, door buster savings, and free classes to try for all ages!
