Globally-Inspired Neighborhood Coffeehouse Opens Near The Woodlands

MAGNOLIA, TX - Magnolia celebrates the grand opening of Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea located at 9511 FM 1488 in the Windcrest Village Square. The 1,896-square-foot café is set to open on Saturday, February 29 and will offer a globally-inspired menu featuring premium coffees, teas, pastries, and more.

Franchisee owners, Heather and Arron Martin, want to bring Sweetwater’s unique atmosphere and quality ingredients to the area. “The real ingredient focus and the community-based mission drew me to Sweetwaters,” says Heather. “I am looking forward to introducing Sweetwaters to the Houston area and supporting our local community.”

In addition to its unique mission, Sweetwaters often partners with local non-profits. A special fundraiser for the Montgomery County Animal Shelter (MCAS) will be held on Saturday, February 29, 1-5 p.m. The MCAS is devoted to the humane, efficient, high-quality care of animals in their shelter.

Sweetwaters Windcrest Village will have a soft opening on Sunday, March 1 and will remain open until the grand opening celebration beginning on Saturday, March 7. The week-long celebration will include daily promotions beginning and a ribbon-cutting the following week on March 18th at Noon.

“Sweetwaters is more than just a place to grab a great cup of coffee or tea,” says Heather. “It’s truly a place where people can come and be a part of the community.”

The Windcrest Village location is one of more than 100 expected to open across the country.
