The Woodlands Fire Department Assists in Battling Morning Fire Near The Woodlands

SPRING, TX -- Just after 8:00 this morning The Woodlands Fire Department responded to assist South Montgomery County Fire Department with a structure fire on Old Ox Rd in Spring, TX. Battalion 11-2C and Engine 11-2C arrived first to find smoke coming from the residence. Crews entered the structure and located fire in a back bedroom. The fire was quickly extinguished preventing any further damage to the house. Station 2 was assisted by South County stations 4, 6 and 3 along with The Woodlands Fire Department, Spring Fire Department and Needham Fire & Rescue Montgomery County Hospital District provided EMS standby.
