The Woodlands Fire Department Responds to House Fire in Grogan's Mill

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- At 11:30 Wednesday evening The Woodlands Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire in the 16000 Blk of Pinyon Place. Engine 103 arrived and reported fire showing from the exterior of a first floor chimney chase. The fire quickly extended into the attic of the second story and crews battled the blaze on multiple levels. It took 45 minutes to get the fire under control. No one was injured in the fire but a family of three will be displaced. TWFD was assisted by South Montgomery County Fire Department and Montgomery County Hospital District. Montgomery County Fire Marshal's Office will be conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire
