Jamal Lowe Wanted for Online Solicitation of 13-Year-Old Child in Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX -- In August 2026, Constable Mark Herman’s Patrol Division responded to a residence and met with the parents of a 13-year-old child. The parents reported discovering sexually explicit text messages on their child’s phone between the child and a suspect identified as Jamal Lowe.

During the investigation, deputies learned that Lowe had allegedly corresponded with the child for several months. During that time, Lowe allegedly sent sexually explicit media of himself to the child and propositioned the child for sexual activity.

Jamal Lowe is currently WANTED for Online Solicitation of a Minor.
