Scooter's Coffee Makes Houston Debut in Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Scooter’s Coffee will soon make its debut into the Houston market at Creekside Park® West, the newest retail development within the Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands®, The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announced today.

Scooter’s Coffee is a drive-thru franchise that has been serving world-class coffee for more than 20 years and has more than 280 locations in 17 states across the nation.

“Our vision for Creekside Park Village Center is to create the premier example of a walkable suburban village center with shopping, dining, daily service and entertainment easily accessible to the residents nearby,” stated Jim Carman, President – Houston Region for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Scooter’s Coffee will provide a tremendous amenity to our residents living in Creekside Park, and we selected them due to their outstanding reputation and product offerings.”

Scooter’s Coffee’s signature drink is the Caramelicious®, and the menu features an array of specialty espresso beverages, single-origin coffee, fruit smoothies, Red Bull® infusions, cold brew, baked-from-scratch pastries and savory breakfast options.

Creekside Park West is anchored by Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas and includes the recently opened Baja Sur Fresh-Mex and Tequila Bar, Press Waffle Co. and YogaSix, located at 26543 Kuykendahl Rd. just south of Creekside Forest Drive.

Scooter’s Coffee is anticipated to open in spring 2021.
