THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Mike Seder Group of ReMax, The Woodlands and Spring closed on more than $200 million in residential and commercial sales in 2020. 
 
Despite the ongoing pandemic and volatile economy last year, transactions for the realty group totaled $265,337,198.
 
When the pandemic first surfaced and stay-at-home orders went into effect, the real estate market suffered, only to rebound and end the year strongly. 
 
“We were grateful real estate agents were deemed as a vital part of the workforce when we went into lockdown,” said Seder. “The essential designation, along with virtual capabilities, gave us the ability to help our clients during an extremely challenging time.” 
 
Seder, a member of the ReMax Hall of Fame and recipient of the prestigious Circle of Legends award, attributes his success and that of his team to recognizing real estate as an investment in their clients’ futures and not just a one-time transaction.
