Homebuyers who purchase a new home in The Woodlands Hills between March 1 and April 30, 2021, will receive up to $10,000 in buyer’s incentives which can be used toward closing costs, the price of the home or design upgrades. • $10,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 65-75 feet.
• $7,500 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 50-55-feet.
• $5,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 40-45-feet.
