KATY, TX -- 13-year-old Marcus Lewis, Jr. was last seen in Katy, Texas on October 16, 2021. Marcus has dark brown eyes and medium-length, dark brown hair that is tapered on the sides. Marcus is developmentally delayed. While he is 13 years old, he has the cognitive ability of about a 7- or 8-year-old. Marcus has dark brown eyes with a scar on his left eyebrow near his eyelid. It is unknown what clothes Marcus was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
