Candidate Forum for Lonestar Groundwater Conservation District Board

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce's Business Advocacy Council partnered with Woodlands Online to present a non-partisan, all-candidate, Candidate Forum on October 12. The event, which was free and open to the public, took place at Sam Houston State University - The Woodlands Center.

Background
The Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District was created to develop, promote and implement water conservation, augmentation and management strategies to project water resources for the benefit of the citizens, economy, and environment of Montgomery County, Texas.

The LSGCD is governed by an elected 7-person Board of Directors.

Two positions are up for re-election on November 8, 2022.

Position 3 - Voting Jurisdiction: County Precinct #3
