DRC-MC Honored With Platinum Seal of Transparency

The Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, Inc. (DRC-MC) is pleased to announce that they have achieved a 2022 Platinum Seal of Transparency with Candid (formerly known as GuideStar)! The Platinum Seal of Transparency is the highest level of recognition offered by Candid, the world's largest source of nonprofit information. Less than 1% of nonprofits earn this transparency rating and the DRC-MC earned its Platinum Seal by publicly sharing important information about its goals, strategies, capabilities, achievements and progress.

When asked why earning the 2022 Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid is important to the DRC-MC, Jack Lewis, Chair of the Board during 2022, stated “We work hard to provide and promote affordable, high quality dispute resolution services and training to the Montgomery County area. Serving our community by offering mediations, mediation training, the Community Peacebuilding Awards Contest, and our Conflict Resolution Bookmark Art Contest, has allowed us to impact the community in immeasurable ways. We are pleased to provide to provide clear and important information to the public about our programs and services and to be recognized by a prestigious organization like Candid for our transparency about the difference we are making in Montgomery County.”
