SVN | J. Beard Real Estate - Greater Houston Facilitates The Purchase Of Two Office Buildings In Town Center In The Woodlands, TX
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently represented the buyer in the purchase of Town Center I & II office buildings located at 1450 Lake Robbins Dr. and 1330 Lake Robbins Dr. in the heart of The Woodlands. Containing over 275,000 square feet combined, the two, six-story buildings are adjacent to The Woodlands Mall. Together, they comprised a large part of the highly successful office expansion of The Woodlands Town Center and nearby Woodlands Waterway 20 years prior.
Jeff Beard, CCIM and Managing Director of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, led the team that represented the buyer, Woodforest National Bank, in the investment transaction. The seller was represented by Jeff Hollinden, Kevin McConn, Jack Moody, and Sherri Rollins with JLL.
