As a designated Specialist in Industrial and Office Markets (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Davidson leverages over 25 years of experience in real estate strategy, acquisitions, and development. His real estate career is underscored by the successful sourcing and securing of real estate assets across a diverse array of classes, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, life science, medical-office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. In recent years, Davidson has channeled his expertise into meticulously curating portfolios of opportunistic, value-add commercial real estate assets across the dynamic economic landscape of Texas.

In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Davidson will discern opportunistic investment trends, source investment opportunities, and establish and maintain a high-performing acquisitions team. As the overseer of the investment group, Davidson assumes a leadership role in pivotal decision-making processes related to acquisitions, dispositions, and investments.
