Builders Start Sales, Open Models in Woodforest’s Stewart Heights

MONTGOMERY, TX -- Builders have been busy in Woodforest, commencing sales and opening new model homes in the Montgomery community’s newest neighborhood, Stewart Heights.

Perry Homes recently joined Chesmar Homes in offering new home designs in the neighborhood. Chesmar unveiled two new model homes.

The new Chesmar models showcase designs in the builder’s popular Villas Collection. The Bungalo floor plan, at 408 East Coralburst Loop, features a large open floor plan with an island kitchen, covered patio and spacious family room downstairs. The primary suite, secondary bedrooms and flex room are located upstairs.

The Summerhouse, located at 412 East Coralburst Loop, places the flex room and secondary bedrooms downstairs while the primary suite, island kitchen and family room are upstairs.

The Bungalo and Summerhouse are two of the six floor plans Chesmar offers in Stewart Heights. Designs are priced from the low $300,000s and range from 1,865 to 1,943 square feet. Homes include island kitchens, flex rooms and two-car garages. Some designs have covered balconies in addition to covered patios.

Perry Homes is building homes on 40-and 50-foot homesites. Homes on 40-foot homesites are priced from the mid $300,000s. Homes on 50-foot properties are priced from the mid $400,000s. Inventory homes are already under construction and a model home is slated to open later this year.

Buyers can choose from 11 floor plans for homes on 40-foot homesites. Designs range from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet and feature 10-foot ceilings, island kitchens, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, game rooms, covered patios and two-car garages.

Twenty floor plans are available for homes situated on 50-foot properties. Designs range from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and include island kitchens, game rooms, two-story family rooms, home offices, large primary suites, covered patios and two-car garages.

Stewart Heights is located directly behind Stewart Elementary, allowing students to easily walk or ride their bikes to school. The neighborhood also offers easy access to Fish Creek Thoroughfare.

Woodforest residents enjoy access to a slate of amenities including The Vue at The Crest Park, a new 10-acre complex with a pool and party barn. A park is also planned for Stewart Heights.
