THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Republic Grille, a uniquely popular dining destination in The Woodlands, is marking the tenth anniversary of its original location in the Panther Creek Shopping Center. In celebration, the restaurant will donate a portion of proceeds during the month of May to benefit the Wayne Walker Foundation and Montgomery County First Responders Foundation.

In 2014, The Woodlands resident Terry McBurney conceptualized the restaurant, and along the way it has achieved national recognition for outstanding cuisine and server acumen.

“We are proud to mark the tenth anniversary of The Republic Grille’s original location in The Woodlands. With its décor focused on the history of The Woodlands and the vision put forth by its founder, George Mitchell, it is fitting that The Woodlands is also celebrating its 50th anniversary this year,” said McBurney. “We are thankful for the patronage of not only the locals who call The Republic Grille home, but also the thousands of guests who visit us weekly from points across the great State of Texas and beyond. In celebrating ten wonderful years, we are happy to donate to local charities that offer important resources in support of our county’s first responders, firefighters, and police officers.”
