MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On April 7, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested top 10 fugitive, Joey Wayne Neely. 31-year-old Neely was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Deadly Conduct. Neely is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
