2025 Fall Reservations Open

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township invites the community to reserve facilities for Fall 2025. Whether planning a birthday celebration, family reunion, team practice or community gathering, The Woodlands offers an extensive selection of venues—including scenic pavilions, versatile indoor spaces and recreational amenities—designed to make every event convenient, enjoyable and memorable.

PAVILIONS

The Woodlands boasts 74 pavilions located throughout the community, perfect for birthdays, picnics or casual get-togethers. Pavilions may be reserved online for a fee of $35–$65 per four-hour time block (resident rate).

INDOOR FACILITIES

For events requiring indoor accommodations, The Woodlands Township offers two recreation centers with a variety of rental options, with resident rates as follows:

• Rob Fleming Recreation Center
  • Hickory/Cypress Room: Capacity 40–50 | $40/hour
  • Brady Hall: Capacity 150 | $75/hour
  • Full Facility Rental (after business hours): Capacity 580 | $200/hour
• Bear Branch Recreation Center
  • Gym: Capacity 300 | $50/hour
  • Live Oak Room: Capacity 70 | $30/hour
  • Magnolia Room: Capacity 45 | $20/hour
  • Mulberry/Sycamore Room: Capacity 15 | $10/hour

ADDITIONAL RECREATION RENTALS

Beyond pavilions and indoor spaces, The Woodlands Township offers a variety of recreational facilities available for reservation, including basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, volleyball courts, athletic fields, and even treehouses—all at affordable rates.
