Local Couple Opens Perspire Sauna Studio in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- A science-backed wellness business that promises to make you sweat will open on December 12 in The Woodlands. The Woodlands studio marks the first of three locations they plan to open across the greater Houston area, with future studios planned for The Woodlands and North Houston, in addition to a recently purchased studio in the Austin Triangle area.

“I was hooked on the infrared sauna experience from the moment I tried it,” said Paty. “There wasn’t a Perspire location near me, but after experiencing the incredible benefits, I knew I had to bring it to The Woodlands. I want to share this therapeutic experience with our neighbors and give the community a space to relax, recover, and feel their best.”
