Texas earns top ranking in South Midsize segment in J.D. Power Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study, two years in a row

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Entergy Texas has been ranked the highest in customer satisfaction with Business Electric Service in the South among Midsize Utilities, according to the J.D. Power 2025 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study. This marks the second year in a row the company has earned the study’s top honor in its segment, which reflects feedback from thousands of business customers nationwide.

The J.D. Power study, now in its 27th year, evaluates business customer satisfaction with U.S. electric utilities across eight key dimensions: total monthly cost, trust, safety & reliability, ease of doing business, people, information provided, problem resolution and digital channels. Customers rated Entergy Texas first for problem resolution, ease, digital channels, people, cost and trust.

Entergy Texas being recognized for its cost performance highlights the company’s ongoing efforts to deliver affordable energy to its customers and communities. The company’s electric rates are 17% below the national average and have remained among the lowest in Texas for more than a decade, demonstrating an ongoing strategy to minimize the impact of inflation on customer bills while meeting the region’s growing energy needs.
