Montgomery County Law Enforcement DWI Task Force Makes 49 Arrests, Reports Zero Fatalities Over New Year’s Weekend

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This New Year’s weekend, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies across the county, stood united to protect our community.

Through a coordinated 4-day DWI Task Force, our deputies and partners from 13 agencies across Montgomery County worked around the clock to ensure everyone made it home safely.

The Results:

• 49 DWI arrests were made during the operation.
• Zero fatalities were reported on our roadways.

This achievement is a direct testament to the dedication and professionalism of our local law enforcement. The message is clear: we are committed to keeping Montgomery County safe—especially during holiday weekends.
