THE WOODLANDS, TX -- A group of 60 students and alumni from The Woodlands Christian Academy (TWCA) recently attended the Passion 2026 conference in Arlington, Texas. The group, consisting of 42 current students and 18 alumni, dedicated part of their winter break to participate in the nationally recognized event for college-aged individuals.

Passion 2026 brought together nearly 60,000 young adults for three days of worship and biblical teaching at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The event featured a lineup of prominent theologians, speakers, and artists. Attendees experienced powerful worship sessions led by acclaimed artists such as KB, Crowder, and the Passion Band.

More than just a conference, Passion 2026 is part of a larger movement dedicated to inspiring and equipping the next generation of church builders. Since its inception, the Passion movement has sought to unite college-aged students in a pursuit of knowing Jesus and making Him known, advancing God’s Kingdom through passionate worship, teaching, and service. The conference provides a dynamic environment where young believers are called and empowered to live boldly for Christ, deepen their faith, and prepare to impact their communities and the world.

The conference also provided compelling teaching from world-renowned speakers, including Cliffe “The Answer Guy” Knechtle, Christine Caine, Jackie Hill Perry, and Passion founder Louie Giglio. These sessions were intentionally designed to inspire, challenge, and equip attendees, helping them to live with purpose and conviction as leaders in their generation.

The most significant aspect of the trip was the students' voluntary commitment. They chose to use their personal time to seek Jesus, engage in wholehearted worship, and immerse themselves in biblical truth alongside thousands of their peers. This decision highlights a deep spiritual hunger and a desire for purpose and faith among this generation. The experience served as a powerful reminder of God’s work in the hearts of these young men and women.
