New Luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care Community Comes to Tomball
Rendering of a Future Home at the Everwood Reserve Community
TOMBALL, TX -- The public event marks the beginning of Phase One of Everwood Reserve, a thoughtfully designed community dedicated to dignity, empathy, and excellence in senior care. Community members, local leaders, families, partners, and supporters are encouraged to attend and take part in this milestone moment.
Phase One of Everwood Reserve will include two private, 16-bed residential memory care homes designed to provide an elevated, human-centered alternative to traditional senior care environments. The community will blend high-end residential design with best-in-class memory care standards to better serve individuals living with memory-related conditions.
“This groundbreaking represents more than the start of construction,” said Andrea Ameen, CEO of Everwood Reserve. “It marks the beginning of a community built on respect for life, legacy, and transparency in care. We are honored to welcome the Tomball community to witness this moment and learn more about the vision behind Everwood Reserve.”
The ceremony will include brief remarks from the founders and project partners, a symbolic groundbreaking ritual, and a raffle designed to engage attendees and celebrate shared participation in the project’s first chapter. An informal after-event gathering is planned, with details to be announced.
Construction on Phase One is expected to continue through 2026, with the first homes anticipated to open in late 2026. Everwood Reserve is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, residential memory care in Tomball and the greater North Houston area.
