Business After Hours is a complimentary social presented by The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce that provides you with opportunities to meet, mingle, and build relationships with other area business professionals. Business After Hours rotates to different Chamber Member business locations monthly. This month, Constable Ryan Gable will host it at his office at 1520 Lake Front Circle, Suite 200. Reservations are required; the event is complimentary for Chamber members and only $20 for non-members.

Houston Grand Opera’s Storybook presentation of “Ruby’s Chinese New Year” by Vicki Lee will take place at The Woodlands Children’s Museum today at 11:00 a.m. In this story, Ruby has a special card to give to her grandmother for Chinese New Year. But who will help her get to grandmother’s house to deliver it? Will it be clever Rat, strong Ox, or cautious Rabbit? In this Chinese New Year tale, animals from the Chinese zodiac help a little girl deliver a gift to her grandmother. Included in the price of admission, which is $9 for adults and children 1 year and older.
