Amrina Unveils an Intimate Five-Course Valentine’s Day Dining Experience

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- This Valentine’s Day, Amrina invites guests to savor an evening designed to celebrate romance, indulgence, and culinary artistry. On Friday, February 14, Amrina will host a limited-availability five-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day Dinner, available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering an elevated and immersive dining experience crafted exclusively for the occasion.

Priced at $150++ per person, the Valentine’s Day menu showcases Amrina’s signature approach to progressive Indian cuisine, blending bold flavors, refined technique, and playful storytelling. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting menu with the choice of one dish from each course, thoughtfully designed to unfold throughout the evening.

The experience begins with “Love Bite,” featuring selections such as Truffle Pani Puri with pomegranate and yogurt or Champagne-accented oysters with sweet and sour strawberry mousse. The menu continues with “Touch Me Not,”offering options like Blue Fin Tuna aguachile or a vibrant watermelon and yuzu broth.

Midway through the evening, “That’s What She Said” highlights luxurious pairings including asparagus and caviar or lobster tail poached in saffron butter. The fourth course, “The Big Release,” presents an indulgent selection of entrées such as A5 Miyazaki wagyu, grilled lamb chops with ashwagandha butter, paneer korma, or morel mushroom preparations.

The experience concludes with “Aftercare,” a shared Gulab Kulfi dessert finished tableside with liquid nitrogen-poached chocolate rabri, followed by “Treats – Take Me Home,” featuring jaggery caramel and a 24-carat gold kiss as a final sweet gesture.
