Montgomery County Sheriff’s SWAT & U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Arrest Multiple Wanted Suspects, Including Child Sex Offense Charges

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This past week, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, successfully apprehended several wanted fugitives.

Among those arrested were Marvin Alberto Aguilar, wanted for a Felony Burglary of a Building warrant; Fernando Adrian Camerillo, wanted for a Sexual Assault of a Child warrant; Gabriel Ramos-Guevara, wanted for an Assault Family Violence Impeding Breathing Felony warrant; Israel Merino-Ortega, wanted for a Sexual Abuse of a Child (Continuous) warrant; and Boris Remy, wanted for a Sexual Assault of a Child warrant.

All suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing these individuals into custody. These successful arrests reflect more than a decade of strong partnership with the United States Marshals Service, working side by side to ensure fugitives are brought to justice and our communities remain safe.
