Resident Survey Underway

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township has commissioned an independent research firm, Polco National Research Center, to survey residents of The Woodlands about Township services and community priorities. This survey is a vital tool for planning and budgeting purposes. It is a random-sample, scientific survey that is being mailed to 10,000 homes in The Woodlands. The Township conducts the statistically valid survey every two years using a randomized sample of residents.

If your household receives the survey, please have one adult age 18 or older complete it as soon as possible, as time to respond is limited. To participate, visit the URL or scan the QR code provided on your postcard. The link is unique to your village. While all survey questions are the same, this allows responses to be tracked by village while keeping all participants anonymous and confidential. Please be sure to enter the unique access code included on your postcard to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of the survey results.

If you receive an error or experience any issues accessing the survey, please email communications@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov. Include a photo of your postcard or provide details from the URL and access code so the issue can be reviewed.

Your participation is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the continued success and development of The Woodlands Township. Please note, there are no questions relating to bank accounts, credit cards or any personal financial information. If you should receive questions related to that type of information, please use caution as it is not the Township survey. In addition, the Township survey is delivered through the mail only.

The survey serves as a benchmark to evaluate Township services and helps inform policy and budget decisions. The 2026 survey will be conducted in April and May, with results presented in June to align with budget planning.
