THE WOODLANDS, TX -- First America Homes, an award-winning homebuilder and a division of Texas real estate developer, The Signorelli Company, is proud to announce its rapid rise from No.100 position to No. 75 on the 2026 Builder 100 list, reflecting First America’s strong growth and continued delivery of high-quality homes across some of the nation’s most active housing markets.

The annual Builder 100 list, produced by Zonda and Builder Magazine, recognizes the 100 largest home builders in the United States based on closings and revenue from the year prior.

In 2025, First America Homes built and sold 750 homes, up 39 percent from 540 homes in 2024. The company has delivered more than 4,450 homes to date and expects to build 5,000 homes annually by 2035, while expanding its luxury home offerings.

“This recognition reflects the strength of our team and the trust families place in us every day,” said Danny Signorelli, founder of First America Homes and CEO of The Signorelli Company. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together, not just in terms of growth, but in the lives we impact through homeownership. Being named among the nation’s top builders reinforces our commitment to delivering quality, care and long-term value in every community we create. That responsibility drives everything we do. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about what’s ahead.”

This significant milestone comes as First America Homes was recently named the exclusive home builder for the Azalea District, a 328-acre mixed-use health and wellness lifestyle destination within the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch community in New Caney, Texas. This new residential community includes 359 single-family homes across 203 acres in fast-growing Montgomery County. The first phase features 156 homesites on 40- and 50-foot homesites, scheduled for delivery in summer 2026.

Situated at the major intersection of Interstate 69 and the Grand Parkway in northeast Montgomery County, Valley Ranch is a vibrant mix of neighborhoods and destinations, offering 2.55 million square feet of retail, office, dining, entertainment, and mixed-use space. Beyond Azalea District, the broader Valley Ranch community includes more than 2,000 single-family homes and 1,000 multifamily residences.

Since launching in 2010, First America Homes has established operations in Houston and San Antonio, where it currently operates 30 active communities. An additional 15 communities are planned as the company expands into new markets, including Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin.

“Our growth reflects First America Homes’ ability to navigate evolving market conditions without sacrificing quality or style and staying focused on the needs of today’s homebuyers,” said John Winniford, president of First America Homes. “It’s exciting to see our progress reflected on a respected list like the Builder 100.”

First America Homes has built its reputation on a commitment to quality and service to homebuyers, having also been ranked No. 64 in Home Builder Executive’s 2025 list of the top 100 private homebuilders in the U.S. The company provides an industry-leading two-year home warranty and prioritizes responsive, personalized service throughout the homebuying process and after closing.

Supported by The Signorelli Company’s integrated development platform, First America Homes has strategically grown into one of Texas’ fastest-growing homebuilders. The company leverages in-house land development and deep market expertise to efficiently bring new communities to market as part of its long-standing master-planned community approach.
