Constable Drone “Iceman” Helps Save Lost Kayakers in Creekside

SPRING, TX -- Last night, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a life in danger call regarding two lost kayakers on Spring Creek in the Creekside area.

Deputy Clark and Drone “Iceman” deployed and successfully located the stranded kayakers, then directed responding units and air support to their location.

With the coordinated efforts of deputies on scene, both kayakers were safely rescued from the creek with the help of the Woodlands Fire Department.

The kayakers were not injured.

With changing weather and rising water conditions, residents are urged to use caution near creeks and waterways.
