9 Fugitives Wanted for Child Sex Crimes, Assault and Robbery Captured in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- This week, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, successfully apprehended several wanted fugitives.

Among those arrested were:

• Stormy Diann Duke wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child;

• Dezmond Tyrell Swapsy wanted for Assault Family Violence Strangulation;

• Bexiada Delgadillo wanted for Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled;

• Jeffery Scott Buzek wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon;

• William Lee Collete wanted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon;

• Charles Barnes wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault & Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon;

• Rowdy Dustin Todd wanted for Robbery;

• Morgan Lee Fitzgerald wanted for Assault Family Violence and Violation of a Protective Order x2;

• Travis Matthew Ferguson wanted for Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

All suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
