THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township is now accepting vendor applications and sponsorship inquiries for the 29th annual Woodlands Landscaping Solutions, a free community event celebrating sustainable landscaping, gardening and environmental stewardship. The event will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77389.
Recognized as the region's premier lawn and garden event, Woodlands Landscaping Solutions attracts approximately 1,700 attendees each year who are eager to learn about environmentally friendly landscaping practices, discover local products and services and connect with industry professionals.
Businesses, organizations and gardening experts are invited to participate as vendors and showcase products, services and educational resources related to landscaping, gardening, conservation, native plants, pollinator habitats, water conservation and outdoor living. Vendor space is limited, and early applications are encouraged.
Vendor applications are due by Monday, September 7, 2026. Fill out the Vendor Application or email enviro@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov for an application today!
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are also available for organizations looking to increase visibility while supporting environmental education and community engagement. Sponsors receive valuable exposure to residents who are passionate about gardening, landscaping and sustainable living.
