Texas Teen Missing for One Year

HOUSTON, TX -- Today marks one year since 15-year-old Debra Moore went missing, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking for the public’s help to locate the teen.

Debra was 14 when she disappeared from Highlands, Texas, on July 20, 2025. She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 160 pounds when she was last seen. Debra has brown eyes and was last seen with brown hair with blonde highlights.

Authorities believe Debra may be in the Houston, Highlands or Baytown, Texas, area. She may go by the name Dawn.
