Spring Theft Suspects Arrested After Allegedly Stealing $1,150 in Merchandise

SPRING, TX -- On August 25, 2026, at approximately 8:49 AM, Deputies with Constable Ryan Gable’s Precinct 3 Office responded to a business located in the 2900 block of Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring, Montgomery County regarding a theft in progress.

According to investigators, two suspects entered the store, selected approximately $1,150.00 worth of merchandise, and fled the location on foot, passing all points of sale without paying. Patrol deputies immediately converged on the area to search for the fleeing individuals.

Following a prolonged and thorough search, deputies and Constable Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit, successfully located both suspects in the 3800 block of Louetta Road, Spring, Harris County.

During the subsequent investigation, deputies linked the pair to an additional theft incident at a business located in the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Road, Spring, Harris County.

The suspects were identified as:

Gregory Paul Tucker (of Spring, TX)
Noralba Zetino (of Humble, TX)

Both individuals were taken into custody, charged with State Jail Felony Theft with 2 or more convictions and Noralba received an additional charge for Misdemeanor Theft.
