CONROE, TX -- On Tuesday, October 6, at approximately 4:00 PM, Officers received a Flock camera alert identifying a stolen U-Haul truck traveling in the area of West Davis Street and West Dallas Street.

Officers quickly located the vehicle traveling eastbound on Davis Street and confirmed through dispatch that it had been reported stolen. A high-risk traffic stop was conducted in the 1300 block of East Davis Street.

The driver, Ryan Woessner, 38, was found to have four outstanding State Jail Felony warrants out of Travis County and was taken into custody.

The passenger, Alyssa Rutledge, 33, became uncooperative during the investigation and was arrested for Interference with Public Duties, a Class A misdemeanor. Following further investigation, Rutledge was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second-degree felony.

Thanks to Flock and the quick response of our officers, a stolen vehicle was recovered, and two individuals were taken into custody, including a suspect wanted on multiple felony warrants.

Great work by our officers utilizing available technology to help keep Conroe safe!
