THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Fall has arrived in The Woodlands, and that means it is time for pumpkins, family photos, hayrides, corn mazes and plenty of seasonal fun.

While The Woodlands does not have a large traditional pumpkin farm within the community, families don't have to travel far to find a pumpkin patch. From a quick pumpkin stop in Spring to full-day fall festivals in Montgomery and Conroe, there are plenty of options just a short drive away.

Here are some of the best pumpkin patches and pumpkin-themed fall experiences to check out around The Woodlands in 2026.

P-6 Farms – Montgomery

P-6 Farms

If you are looking for a pumpkin patch that turns into an entire day of fall fun, P-6 Farms is one of the area's biggest options.

Located at 9963 Pooles Road in Montgomery, P-6 Farms is hosting its 2026 Fall Fest from October 3 through November 8. The attraction includes a you-pick pumpkin patch, giant corn maze, pig races, vintage rides, a roller coaster, giant slides, animal barn, seasonal photo opportunities, food and desserts, flower fields and more.

The farm describes its fall experience as a country-style festival, making it a good choice for families who want more than simply picking out a pumpkin.

7 Acre Wood – Conroe

For families with younger children, 7 Acre Wood in Conroe offers a combination of pumpkin patch fun and its regular family attractions.

The pumpkin patch is scheduled to run through October 31, with pumpkins, hayrides and fall activities. The property also features attractions such as a petting zoo, mini-golf and playgrounds.

The Spring farm opens its pumpkin patch during October, offering pumpkins, fall photo opportunities, hayrides and additional attractions. Families can also enjoy food and shaded picnic areas during their visit.

The 2026 pumpkin season runs throughout October, with the farm open Thursdays and Fridays from 4-7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Admission is $10 per person ages 2 and older, with pumpkins and attraction tickets sold separately.

Rosehill Pumpkins has been part of the area's fall tradition for years and offers families a chance to pick out pumpkins while enjoying seasonal decorations and photo opportunities.

The 2026 season runs through November 14. Admission is free Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday, admission is $5 for guests ages 13 and older, while children 12 and younger are admitted free. Weekend admission includes fall photo opportunities, family games and activities. Live music is scheduled for Saturdays beginning October 3.

Faith United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch – Spring

For a nearby community pumpkin patch, families can head to Faith United Methodist Church on Rayford Road.

The church's annual pumpkin season runs during October, and the property will also host its Pumpkin Fest on Saturday, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival will feature a large pumpkin patch, arts and crafts vendors, food booths, a bake sale and children's games.

The 2026 pumpkin patch runs October 3-31 on weekends and includes hayrides, a bounce house, petting zoo, food trucks, face painting and pumpkin painting. Activities are available for an additional fee, and pumpkins are sold by the pound.
