Looking for reasonably priced furniture to help furnish a home (think Nancy Meyers aesthetic)

My sister is newly single with 4 young kids (sharing that just for context on why budget matters, it adds up fast). She just closed on her house (10/1) and I’m hoping to help her get set up with some solid, lasting pieces in the next week or so.

Didn’t see any recent posts here or FBMP, so I thought I’d ask in case anyone has items they’re planning to sell but haven’t listed yet.

Items we’re looking for:

• Twin over twin or twin over full bunk bed with mattresses OR 2 matching twin beds
• 2 twin mattresses (new or gently used)
• Queen or king bed frame and mattress (new or gently used); nightstands would be a plus
• Sofa and loveseat or a smaller sectional (preferably leather since little kids)
• Kitchen table with extension and chairs

Nice to haves:

• Entry/sofa table
• Wall art 
• Lamps
• TV with VHS player + family/kid VHS tapes
• Yard/lawn "things"
• Outdoor "stuff"/activities for kids

Delivery/Meet-Up:

Can definitely pick up. Bonus if you can deliver (to me in The Woodlands, or I can meet you in Magnolia, off Hardin Store).
