“This Pizza Sticks Pan is a new offering from Williams-Sonoma, a specialty pan that makes five long, thin mini pizzas. The pan comes with a specially shaped cutter that slices pizza dough into the right shape before putting it into the indentations in the pan. The pizzas can then be topped individually, making it a little easier to customize the toppings than the usual pizza-making convention of doing half or one quarter of a pizza with each topping combination. The real selling point to the pan is that it produces a crispy crust and is nonstick, so it releases the baked pizzas easily and is easy to clean. My usual technique when I use a pan for baking pizza is to coat the top in cornmeal to help prevent sticking, so this is a nice inclusion.”
