Description

- Solid wood vintage French country vanity/desk is ready for its new home.

- Cleaned, filled, sanded, primed, painted, aded tone on tone lace stencil to front of drawers, then sealed with a flat durable polycrylic.

- All 4 sides are finished so this can be floated in a room as a desk.

- All drawers are dove-tailed solid, glide smoothly in and out on their center wood rails and original handles.

- Vanity top lifts to reveal compartment for make-up etc. Original mirror has a crack at bottom left rosette that does not effect its function. Although, the chain is missing to stop the top at a 90 degree angle, a simple satin ribbon would do the job.These were considered in the price.

- Solid and sturdy wood construction with barrel sides, in great condition. The color is a deep, dark, saturated blue.

- Care Instructions: This piece needs 30 days to fully cure. In those 30 days, be gentle. Cleaning: use a damp rag with small amount of dish soap if needed. Once cured, clean as you normally would your high-end pieces.
