Adulting 101 is a 4 week course, held on the campus of Lonestar College Montgomery, designed to help neurodivergent adults build the practical skills and confidence needed for greater independence. Through engaging, coach-led sessions, students will learn how to manage money, explore career options, navigate housing and bills, develop healthy routines, and build meaningful social connections. The course also emphasizes self-advocacy, personal accountability, and understanding one's personality traits to better communicate, make informed decisions, and use individual strengths as tools for success in everyday life.
