Find Your Flow on the Water

Join us for a grounding, all-levels yoga class held on the serene waters of Lake Woodlands—right from your paddleboard.

This hatha-inspired practice invites you to move mindfully at a gentle pace, blending breathwork, meditation, and physical postures designed to harmonize body and mind. Poses are held a bit longer to help release tension in the joints, detoxify the body, and quiet the mind—culminating in a blissful floating savasana beneath the open sky.

No paddleboarding experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe, balance, and let go.
