Students revise and return for three build-test rounds with a stronger solution.
INDEPENDENT-BUILD CHALLENGE
Students build independently from provided LEGO parts and electronics. Coaches supervise safety and match rules, but students make their own design decisions, test in live rounds, and improve their bot between battles. This simple test-revise cycle builds real engineering skills. Sumo Battles gives students a first arena to build, test, and compete. For students ready for more, it becomes a pathway into professional-level robotics training.
