Apply for Associate Attorney-Litigation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with a strong litigation background to join our team. This role involves hands-on litigation work, from initial case development through trial. You must be prepared to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes, complex cases.
The position is based in The Woodlands.

Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• 0-5 years experience. Some experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently and meet deadlines
• A desire to work in a litigation practice
• Familiarity with financial analysis and business litigation is a plus
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to billing a minimum of 40 net client-billed hours per week
