RE/MAX ONE is seeking a licensed Texas real estate professional to step into a full-time Operations Director role. This is a leadership position that blends operations, recruiting, and culture-building to ensure our agents thrive and our office continues to grow.

This role is ideal for a current or former real estate agent who thrives behind the scenes, is naturally organized, and wants to stay in the industry with stable income, consistent hours, and meaningful impact.

About the Role:
As Operations Director, you’ll be the steady hand behind our systems and the driving force behind our growth. You’ll manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate training and events, support recruiting and retention efforts, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
You’ll play a critical role in empowering agents, protecting culture, and supporting leadership — creating an environment where mastery-based agents can live and work more abundantly.

What You’ll Do:
-Recruit & Grow: Support leadership in building a recruiting pipeline, attract top agents, and guide them through onboarding.
-Streamline Operations: Manage daily systems, reporting, and accountability to keep the office running efficiently.
-Empower Agents: Coordinate boot camps, masterminds, training programs, and office events.
-Protect Culture: Model and uphold RE/MAX ONE’s values — purposeful, positive, passionate, proactive, proficient, and persistent.
-Be the Go-To Resource: Provide clarity, answers, and encouragement for agents when they need support.

What We’re Looking For:

-Active Texas real estate license (required)
-Experience as a producing agent (preferred)
-Based in or near The Woodlands/Spring/North Houston area
