This role will be my Adminstrative & Sales asssitant; resolving issues with vendors, filling out new customer documentation, reviewing quality reports sending quotations, entering data into Quickbooks. Placing PO's with vendors, qualitfying new vendors.
You must be responsible, detail oreinted with a commentment to customer service and a since of urgency in responding to issues..
Has experience handlying administrativer duties, AP/AR Bookkeeping knowlege, wiht great organizational skills. Multi-Tasking is just anothet day at the office. Will interact with great customers respond quickly to their requests, expediting orders, sending emials and calling vendors etc.
