Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients (primarily SEO, Google Ads, and web dev retainers).

Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans and deliverable schedules.

Coordinate tasks with the fulfillment team (SEO specialists, developers, designers, content writers).

Review SEO audits, keyword research, content plans, and technical updates for accuracy and alignment.

Monitor campaign KPIs and provide clear monthly performance reports.

Anticipate client needs and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Support the founder and VA in improving agency workflows, communication, and project systems.


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or SEO project coordination.

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, and website structure.

Experience managing or communicating with creative and technical teams.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal English).

Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable juggling multiple accounts.

Proficient with Google Workspace, analytics tools, and project management systems (ClickUp, Notion, Zoho, etc.).

Agency experience strongly preferred.
